    1960's De Horribles Umglick Oily Jiggler hanging suction figure, please read.
    This figure is a hanging version which HAD a suction cup. There is a tear to the top where  the string would attach, and the suction cup is missing off the backside, NOT mint. I would consider this a budget collector version. Still displays well, but has noted flaws.
